Magazine
The next ASPRA magazine (subscription edition to all 1900 households in the ASPRA area) is obviously impacted by the current situation. Collation, printing and distribution all difficult if not impossible until the situation changes.
The good news is that a ‘virtual’ magazine is now on www.aspra.uk/magazine together with some Addis’n’dat pages and more will be added over time
Meeting
The ASPRA AGM, due on 22nd April, will not be held. The agenda and reports are, however, available on www.aspra.uk/meetings/AGM-list.

Membership and Money
ASPRA usually includes a ‘subs envelope’ in the May/June magazine for renewals and new joiners. Obviously this would present some challenges.
Much appreciated, therefore, if everyone could make a bank payment for the 2020-21 subscription (£4) plus any additional donation you wish towards our project costs (Festive lighting, hanging baskets etc). We are keeping contact with our suppliers and will update on progress as we get details.
Banking details:- (Barclays) ASPRA 20-24-61 50802549 Please do remember to add your house no and road name as a reference, any additional projects donation will be gratefully received! You may wish to email membership@aspra.uk so I am aware of what is ?flooding? in. We are aware that new banking rules and the crackdown on new funds transfers can sometimes cause a hiccup if your bank does not recognise ASPRA as the account name. However, there is often an option provided to accept the warning and continue. The details for sort code and account number above are correct.
ADDISCOMBE & SHIRLEY PARK RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION is the long official name on the account, but this rarely (if ever) fits in the relevant box, hence ASPRA which is recorded as the official alternative name.
Your cooperation in making payments in this way will be very much appreciated. Road Reps will be kept updated as to current members on ‘their patch’. Any real issues, contact membership@aspra.uk and we can sort something out.
Keep safe
